I have moved to Bellingham, Washington, and have my Washington State massage license now! My office is at 119 N Commercial St, Suite 1502, at the top of the Bellingham Towers. I am also still scheduling zoom appointments for those who would like to work with me online. Zoom appointments are generally 50 minutes long. Office appointments are 75 minutes. (Shorter appointments available for children.)
In the online sessions, I guide you through gentle self-treatment and stretching that is meant to free the fascial restriction surrounding nerves and arteries which could be the source of your movement problems. People are surprised at how quickly this can provide greater freedom of movement and reduced pain!
Whether we do in-person sessions or online sessions, you should plan to do a series of three or more sessions after you have met the first time. This work is cumulative, and we generally need the time to work your areas of concern and discomfort as well as the neighboring or distal areas where the more hidden or silent part of your structural pattern is held.
The process of differentiating layers to free the nerves and vessels that your muscles may be trying to protect, as a way to give you more freedom and agility and reduce pain, is something I specialize in and have been teaching for nine years! (Most of my work hours now are spent refining my curriculum and teaching this work to colleagues around the world.) If you are a manual therapist or movement teacher who would like to check out my classes, please visit this page: https://learn.neurovascular-release.online
Due to the high transmissibility of COVID-19 and because the client with an appointment right after yours may be immunocompromised or at risk for infection, even if you are vaccinated and boosted (as I am), we will both be wearing masks during your in-person session.
Please don't hesitate to schedule a new client consultation over Zoom or phone before you schedule an in-person session. I will be happy to meet you and answer your questions!
You will receive a text message reminder before your appointment
