During this "Big Pause" for safety around COVID-19, I am offering 45-minute online Zoom sessions for new and returning clients. In these sessions, I will guide you through gentle stretching and touch (self-treatment), that is meant to free the neurovasculature. You will be surprised at how quickly this can provide greater freedom of movement and reduced pain. This approach is not yoga, but it will certainly help you to open up in your stretching or yoga practice.
The Zoom sessions I am offering have evolved into a three-session series. In the process of developing this new style of work, through repetitive teaching of a simple routine, my own body feels so much better!
